Cleaner/Organizer Assistant (Part-Time)
Looking for meaningful, hands-on work that actually makes a difference? We’re hiring a compassionate, detail-oriented person to join our cleaning and organizing team — specializing in supporting neurodivergent and neurotypical clients with a respectful, judgment-free, mental health–informed approach.
This role is perfect for students studying (or interested in) psychology, social work, education, event planning, human services, or business — or anyone curious about professional organizing and trauma-informed care.

You’re a Great Fit If You:

Have customer service experience

Are patient, flexible & non-judgmental

Can work independently and follow detailed instructions

Are physically able to lift up to 25 lbs and work up to 8-hour shifts

Value mental health–centered work
Experience with neurodivergent individuals is a big asset (but not required). A vehicle is helpful but not mandatory (mileage reimbursed).
