Policies
We understand that life can get busy, and sometimes plans change. However, to ensure that we can provide the best possible service to all of our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy.
24-HOUR NOTICE
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your cleaning appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and accommodate other clients.
DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION
To secure your booking, a deposit is required at the time of scheduling. This deposit will be applied to your final balance on the day of service. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit or may be applied to a future booking.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the total booking cost. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or situations where our team cannot access the property will result in a charge of 100% of the total booking cost.
SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
We understand emergencies can happen, and we’ll do our best to accommodate, but this policy ensures our team is fairly compensated for their time and reserved schedule.
